• A musician (or group) bio, including date(s) of birth and social media links — Word/PDF
• Bio(s) and confirmation letter(s) from key participant(s) — Word/PDF
• The completed application form — Word
• The completed project budget — Excel
• Two sample songs — via WeTransfer
• Lyrics for both songs, if applicable — Word/PDF
